Easy Banana Oatmeal Breakfast: Overnight Oats


This is a simple and easy breakfast for anyone on the go!
No sugar added! The natural sweetness comes from the ripe banana. 

BANANA OATMEAL: (optional: *)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • cinnamon* 
  • Fruit toppings*
  • jar/ small container


  • STEPS:

    1. Mash a banana in a bowl with a fork until it looks like apple sauce and set it off to the side 
    2. In the jar/ container, add the milk, oats, and the smashed banana (& cinnamon*)
    3. Seal the jar/ container and place it in the fridge overnight 
    4. It's ready to eat in the morning! Add any topping and enjoy :)

    Tips:
     If your banana isn't ripe, to make it ripe faster, place the banana in a paper bag. IT'S MAGIC!
