BANANA OATMEAL: (optional: *)
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup milk
cinnamon*
Fruit toppings*
jar/ small container
STEPS:
- Mash a banana in a bowl with a fork until it looks like apple sauce and set it off to the side
- In the jar/ container, add the milk, oats, and the smashed banana (& cinnamon*)
- Seal the jar/ container and place it in the fridge overnight
- It's ready to eat in the morning! Add any topping and enjoy :)
Tips:
If your banana isn't ripe, to make it ripe faster, place the banana in a paper bag. IT'S MAGIC!
